Licences


A royalty-free licence gives permission for a music item to be used for a product (video, toy, game, movie etc.). The licence is valid for the life of that product, with no additional charges.



No. Our music is ‘non-exclusive’, meaning the music is not exclusively available to you - others will also be able to buy a licence for the same music item.



No. Licences for our music are available either from AudioJungle or Pond5. Clicking the 'Buy Now' button on the track page will direct you to the relevant link to purchase a licence.



No. You can't purchase a licence for our music and then sell or distribute the music to others as a stand-alone item. The music must be incorporated into an end product.



You may edit the length of the music to suit your project, or add a spoken voiceover/sound effects, but you cannot add anything else, such as singing or other musical instruments.

YouTube


Yes, provided you don't claim ownership of the music.



YouTube’s Content ID system will occasionally find audio in your video that's also been used by someone else. To clear this notice, you simply need to let YouTube know that you have licensed the music and have the rights to use it. Providing a copy of the licence is the easiest way to do this.



Commercials, TV, and Movies


Yes, after purchasing a licence, you can use our music in a TV show or film/movie. Just ensure you purchase the appropriate type of licence that allows broadcast use.

Audio Books and Podcasts


Yes, as long as the music is mostly used in the background and the spoken voiceover is the dominant element of the final product.

Websites, Apps and Toys


Yes, after purchasing a licence, you can use the music item in an individual product, whether distributed physically or digitally online. Just ensure you purchase the correct type of licence that allows for this.

Client Projects


Yes. If you purchase a licence for a music item on behalf of your client, you can still charge them for creating a product. Please note - the licence would only cover this one project, so you would need to purchase a new licence should you wish to use the same music for a different project.
